This Is Me

This is Me explores the challenges (both from within and society) that face the LBGTQ+ community. Especially for Transgender men and women that must somehow cope with being disowned by family and friends, endure the hatred of strangers, and survive their own internal struggles just to find the love, acceptance and happiness that the rest of us take for granted.
