American Soldier: 250 Years of Service

American Soldier: 250 Years of Service is a cinematic tribute to the people at the heart of the U.S. Army. Hosted by Dennis Quaid, the special weaves seven powerful features with a live performance event to reveal what service looks like at home, in training, in the field, and across history. From basic training at Fort Benning to paratroopers leaping into Arctic skies; from the Army Corps of Engineers rebuilding communities to the Night Stalkers on elite missions, the film explores the grit, discipline, selflessness, and purpose that define the Army. Across past, present, and future, these stories converge on the Army's enduring code: loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, personal courage... showing not just what the Army does, but who the American soldier is.
