North Carolina election officials have announced today that they will not expect official vote totals to change for at least a week as the state remains undecided in both the U.S. presidential race as well as a Senate seat. It is worth reminding that North Carolina has 15 electoral votes so it is important to make sure all votes are accounted for. "With very few exceptions, North Carolina's election results will not change until Nov. 12 or 13, when all mail-in ballots are received and counted by each county," Karen Brinson Bell, executive director of the state Board of Elections, told a news conference.
