CNN - Coolio, the ’90s rapper who lit up the music charts with hits like “Gangsta’s Paradise” and “Fantastic Voyage,” has just passed away at 59, his friend and manager Jarez Posey, told CNN. An autopsy performed on Coolio have not thus far revealed the cause or manner of Coolio’s death and further investigation will be conducted, according to case information from the county coroner. “We are saddened by the loss of our dear friend and client,” a statement provided to CNN from Coolio’s talent manager Sheila Finegan said. Coolio will surely be missed by many.
