1. What is FREECABLE TV?

FREECABLE TV is a live streaming service. We provide live programs as well as over 2000+ on demand content. Whether you are looking for live news channels or trending TV shows, we’ve got your back!

2. What is the cost? Is it really free?

Absolutely! FREECABLE TV is free for everyone.

3. How do I contact you guys?

4. Systems Requirements

FREECABLE TV currently supports smartphones and tablets and can be downloaded via Play Store and App Store on Android devices (Android 5.0 and up) and iOS devices (iOS 10.0 or later) respectively.

5. There are no programs that I like, so sad...

We’ve all been there waiting for our favorite show to be added but the day never comes. You are not alone! As much as we’d like to grant you access to every show possible, we also insist on only using shows from legal sources. That said, what kind of programs do you wanna see? Let us know, and we’ll do what we can to bring it to you!

6. My Page/Video is not loading.

I’m seeing a red/orange banner on top of the screen. What should I do? When this occurs, we have a few tips for you to try:

  • Force quit and restart FREECABLE TV
  • Turn on Airplane mode and wait for 30 secs before turning it back off.
  • Restart your device.
  • Switch between mobile data and WiFi.

If the issue persists after trying out these tips, let us know!

7. I saw some locked episodes and I was asked to log in to my TV provider. What’s up with that?

FREECABLE TV collects free episodes online. Please make sure that you select your episode from the Episodes button, and you will be able to enjoy our content without having to log in to your TV provider.

8. Too many notifications

We understand that notifications can be a bit bothersome at times, but we would love to continue to share with you some important, interesting and even funny videos that you’d also enjoy watching. If you still prefer to have them turned off, please message us through our fan page for assistance.

9. Will you update the programs?

All the channels automatically update themselves!

10. How come there aren’t any subtitles?

Because of copyright issues, we can’t add subtitles, change the format, or adjust the quality. But we’re working on bringing more local programs, so everyone has more to choose from!

11. Can I hook my phone up to TV and watch on the big screen?

Yes.

➤ Android: FREECABLE TV is compatible with Chromecast. Remember to also download Google Home App to help you with casting.
➤ iOS: FREECABLE TV allows you to mirror via AirPlay if your TV is AirPlay compatible. (See if my TV is on the list)

12. What about Roku or Fire Stick?

Sorry, we only support Chromecast on Android and AirPlay on iOS for now, but we are looking to make FREECABLE TV more accessible. So we will definitely take them into consideration!

13. Wait... Aren’t these just YouTube videos?

Far more than that! Our channels are human-curated by our expert editors, and are continually updated with the latest videos from around the web! Therefore, every time you open a channel, you’ll be seeing the latest programs. From now on, you don't have to struggle to find your videos. It’s super convenient! Also, we’ll be continuously working to add more programs, so keep supporting us!
