After a 30-20 playoff loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers tonight, the New Orleans Saints' Drew Brees has ended his 20th NFL season with statistically his worst playoff performance. And while Brees' answer to an official retirement remain unclear, Bees has issued a statement with regards to the question: “I’ll answer this question one time and that is that I'm going to give myself an opportunity to think about the season, think about a lot of things just like I did last year and make a decision,” Brees said. Brees went on to clarify that the way this season ended “won’t have anything to do” with his decision on whether to retire.
